We collect information you provide directly when you call us, submit a quote request form on champshomeservice.com, email us, or book a service. This may include:

  • Service address and property details (number and type of windows, specialty features, etc.)
  • Payment information, processed securely through our service provider (Jobber / Stripe)
  • Photos you send us of your windows for quoting purposes

How We Use Your Information

Champs Home Service uses your information only to deliver and support the services you've requested, including:

  • Providing quotes and estimates
  • Scheduling and delivering window cleaning services
  • Sending appointment reminders, arrival confirmations, and service updates
  • Sending invoices and processing payments
  • Responding to your questions and providing customer support
  • Keeping records of past services for recurring customers

SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your phone number to Champs Home Service — verbally during a call, via our contact form, or in any other way — you agree that we may send you transactional text messages related to your service. These messages include:

  • Quote notifications with secure approval links
  • Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours and 1 hour before a visit)
  • Arrival confirmations on the day of service
  • Invoice notifications with secure payment links
  • Service updates (reschedule requests, weather-related delays)

Champs Home Service does not send marketing, promotional, or third-party advertising text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP or CANCEL at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact us by phone at (541) 420-8350 or email at isaac@champshomeservice.com to request removal from SMS communications.

Data Sharing

Champs Home Service does not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including phone numbers, email addresses, or any opt-in data — with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.

Champs Home Service does not transfer or disclose consumer personal data to any external organization under any circumstances — not with consent, not for any fee, not in any form — except where disclosure is required by law (for example, a valid court order or subpoena).

For purposes of this policy, the contracted service providers listed below are not considered external organizations. They act on Champs Home Service's behalf under written contract, receive only the minimum data required to perform a contracted service, and may use that data only to perform that service — never for their own purposes, marketing, analytics, or resale.

The service providers we use are:

  • Jobber — for customer records, quotes, scheduling, and invoicing
  • Stripe / Jobber Payments — for processing card and ACH payments
  • Grasshopper — for our business phone line and text messaging

We maintain administrative, technical, and contractual safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or sharing of your personal data. These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and by contractual obligations to handle your information only as needed to deliver the services we've contracted.

Data Retention

We retain customer records for as long as you remain a customer and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements. You can request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us (see below).

  • Opt out of text messages: reply STOP or CANCEL to any of our messages
  • Get help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly
  • Update or delete your information: call, text, or email us using the contact details below

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to adults. Champs Home Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
